Alberta Women’s Institutes 2022 Provincial Convention will be held on June 7 and 8, 2022 at the Norsemen Inn, 6505 48 Avenue, Camrose, Alberta

We are so excited that this year we will be back, in-person at Convention!

Attendees are able to enjoy all the customary trappings of Alberta Women’s Institutes’ Conventions, that you have come to know and love–as well as a few wrinkles. As usual, you will be able to attend workshops and purchase extra banquet tickets for family and friends. We will have a silent auction, 50/50 draws, displays and other special happenings during the Convention.

HOW TO REGISTER

Complete the Registration Form (click here or on image to download). Include any workshops, and pre- or post-Convention Tours you would like to attend. Send in the completed registration form and the full payment. See the registration form for all your options.

Registration Deadlines

Delegates:

• EARLY BIRD Savings: $195 for Full Convention; Register by May 11, 2022
• Full Convention at regular rate $225; Register by May 20, 2022
• Paid or post AFTER May 20, 2022 or at the door: $265.
• Workshops and Tours are $20 each.

Important – Make sure your branch selects a delegate so you can write this information on the Registration form BEFORE sending it into the office. Review 2021 Convention Minutes and bring them with you. (These will be posted online in early May, as well sent out to membership).

Call for Silent Auction Items:

Branches and individuals are asked to please provide at least one item for the Silent Auction with a minimum value of $10.00. These will be an in-person and online silent auction. Anyone can bid on the online auction; only those present at the Convention will be able to bid on the in-person auction. The proceeds will go towards the cost of the convention.

Payment: We accept cheques, e-transfer or credit card payments.

You can pay by cheque, please make your cheque payable to Alberta Women’s Institutes, then mail in your completed registration form and cheque to Alberta Women’s Institutes, Box 283, Killam, AB T0B 2L0
