Keynote Address Topic: Getting the Best from the Most – People Are Our Priority

In our communities and workplaces, the expectations continue to go up. We are always striving to do more and get better results. We can’t keep having the same people doing all of the work all of the time. The fast pace, the workload, and the resource challenges call for innovation, motivation, and collaboration. We need to balance people and priorities. We need to stop surviving and move up to thriving in challenging times. Building positive relationships facilitates making people the priority to get the best from the most. Engage more people in your community by celebrating strengths and building on those for best results. Differences are only difficulties until we understand the differences and work with them.
